  • VEE CARE ASIA FOUNDED IN HK

    Vee Care Asia was founded by Eric Leung, who was the Global General Manager of the medical franchise of the Underwriters' Laboratories. The initial service focuses were on FDA 510k and EU CE MDD application submission.

    FRONTIER BIO-MEDICAL INC ESTABLISHED

    Established Frontier Biomedical, Inc in Taiwan. The Taiwan consulting team was formed and started providing TFDA regulatory services for overseas manufacturers.

    Veecare started hosting joint seminars with Nemko (Presafe) in both Taiwan and China.

    Another UL General Manager, Paul Chan, joined force and established LC&P. The first assignment received was to build a medical safety laboratory in HKSTC, a renowned testing organization in HK

    STC BIOLOGICAL AND ELECTRICAL LAB STARTED OPERATING

    Completion of the Biocompatibility and Electrical Safety Laboratories at the DongGuan STC. Started delivery of ISO 10993 series of biological examinations and IEC 60601-1 electrical safety testing.

    LCP CHINA ESTABLISHED - started serving Mainland Chinese Customers

    LCP was found in Qian Hai, Shenzhen and local consulting team were formed. Mainland Chinese Manufacturers could be served and billed locally.

    Started a partnership agreement with Asia Actual and started delivering HK registration and market access services in ASEAN.

    The LCP Australian Company was formed in Sydney serving as a TGA sponsor for overseas manufacturers.

    LCP US was found in Salt Lake City, US providing US agent and CFG Services for non-US customers. LCP US is also a listed FDA device manufacturer.
